1. Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: 12–24 business days. No shipments on weekends or holidays.

  • Express Shipping: Available for an extra fee—please email our customer service at support@bubtail.com for details.

  • Please Note: Delays may occur during customs clearance or due to other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. While we strive for timely delivery, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates for standard shipping. 


2. Production Time

  • Production Duration: As stated on each product page.


3. Lost Packages

  • If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will review the case individually and seek a resolution.


4. Supported Shipping Countries

We ship to:

  • United States (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands)

  • Canada, France, United Kingdom, Germany, Sweden, Netherlands, Poland, United Arab Emirates, Japan, South Korea

  • Tracking info typically updates within 1–3 business days after dispatch.

  • If your tracking hasn’t updated within 10 business days, please contact us at support@bubtail.com.


6. Who Handles Shipping?

  • Orders are shipped via our trusted carriers, such as USPS, UPS, or local partners, ensuring secure and efficient delivery.

  • Please note that shipping may be limited in certain regions due to carrier restrictions.


7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

  • Buyers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.

  • We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses, missing information, or customs issues.

  • If you believe your address is incorrect, contact us immediately at support@bubtail.com. Once shipped, changes to your address may not be possible.


8. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • BubTail is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is marked as complete.

  • If your package shows as delivered but you’ve not received it, please report it to the carrier using your tracking number, and contact us at support@bubtail.com for assistance.


9. Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

  • For international orders, applicable duties, taxes, or import fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • We recommend contacting your country’s customs office for more details.
