To ensure each handcrafted leather keychain carries warmth and personality, here are a few things to keep in mind:

1. Hand-carved, not 3D printed
   Each piece is carefully hand-sculpted in leather. While we aim for a strong likeness to your pet, a 100% exact match is not possible due to the nature of handmade art.

2. Clear front-facing photo required
   We mainly work from one clear, well-lit reference photo. Once the carving process begins, the photo angle cannot be changed. Please ensure your submitted photo meets these criteria.

3. Leather differs from real fur
   Leather has a distinct texture and finish that cannot replicate the shine or fluffiness of real fur. Some texture or tone variations are natural and part of its charm.

4. Color reproduction may vary
   While we do our best to match the color of your pet’s fur and features, slight differences may occur due to screen display and the limitations of leather dyeing.

5. Smaller size means simplified details
   Since keychains are compact in size, some tiny features like whiskers, fine lines, or markings will be stylized or simplified in a cute and artistic way.
